1. 수집하는 정보
Zalo Translator(이하 "서비스")는 번역 기능 제공을 위해 다음 정보를 처리합니다:
- 채팅 메시지 텍스트: 번역을 위해 서버로 전송됩니다.
- 라이선스 키: 구독 인증을 위해 사용됩니다.
- 언어 및 성별 설정: 정확한 번역을 위해 서버로 전송됩니다.
2. 정보의 이용 목적
- 채팅 메시지의 번역 제공
- 번역 결과 캐싱을 통한 응답 속도 개선 및 비용 절감
- 서비스 이용량 파악 및 품질 개선
3. 정보의 저장 및 보관
- 번역된 텍스트는 캐싱 목적으로 서버에 저장되며, 동일한 텍스트 재요청 시 빠른 응답을 제공합니다.
- 캐시 데이터는 최대 30일간 보관 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
- 이용 기록(언어, 텍스트 길이, 캐시 여부)은 서비스 운영 목적으로 저장됩니다.
- 번역 히스토리는 사용자의 브라우저 로컬 저장소에만 저장되며, 7일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
4. 제3자 제공
- 번역 처리를 위해 Google Gemini API로 텍스트가 전송될 수 있습니다.
- 결제 처리를 위해 Lemon Squeezy에 결제 정보가 전달됩니다.
- 상기 목적 외에 제3자에게 개인정보를 제공하지 않습니다.
5. 수집하지 않는 정보
- Zalo 계정 정보 (아이디, 비밀번호)
- 이미지, 파일, 음성 메시지
- 연락처, 위치 정보
- 브라우징 히스토리
6. 사용자의 권리
- 익스텐션 설정에서 번역 캐시를 초기화할 수 있습니다.
- 익스텐션을 삭제하면 브라우저에 저장된 모든 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
- 서버에 저장된 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 보안
모든 통신은 HTTPS(SSL/TLS)로 암호화되며, 서버 접근은 인증된 라이선스 키를 통해서만 가능합니다.

1. Information We Collect
Zalo Translator ("Service") processes the following information to provide translation:
- Chat message text: Sent to our server for translation.
- License key: Used for subscription authentication.
- Language and gender settings: Sent to the server for accurate translation.
2. How We Use Information
- Providing translation of chat messages
- Caching translations to improve response time and reduce costs
- Understanding usage patterns and improving service quality
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Translated text is cached on our server to provide faster responses for identical requests.
- Cache data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
- Usage logs (language, text length, cache status) are stored for operational purposes.
- Translation history is stored only in the user's browser local storage and auto-deleted after 7 days.
4. Third-Party Services
- Text may be sent to Google Gemini API for translation processing.
- Payment information is processed through Lemon Squeezy.
- We do not share personal information with any other third parties.
5. Information We Do NOT Collect
- Zalo account credentials (username, password)
- Images, files, or voice messages
- Contacts or location data
- Browsing history
6. Your Rights
- You can clear translation cache from the extension settings.
- Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.
- You may request deletion of server-stored data.
7. Security
All communications are encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Server access requires an authenticated license key.
